Our Beliefs

We believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Word made flesh. We submit to the final authority of Holy Scripture, and we acknowledge the continuing presence and power of the Holy Spirit.

Biblical

We hold that Baptism and the Lord's Supper are not only outward signs, but instruments of God's grace, instituted by Christ himself and sustained by his presence.

Sacramental

Everything we do finds its origin and purpose in worship. We worship according to the historic order of the Church, received through the tradition of the Book of Common Prayer 2019.

Liturgical

God sends us into the world to be living members of the Body of Christ. For this reason, we seek to make our work an act of worship, and our lives a witness to God's love.

Missional

Our Tradition

Anglicanism is a historical Christian faith with roots in the English Reformation of the 16th-17th centuries. We hold fast to the authority of Scripture, communal and participatory prayer and worship, and center our life around God’s promise to be with us in the weekly celebration of Communion.

Anglicanism brings together the authority of the Bible, the historical witness of the Church, and the beauty of structured prayer. Often called "The Middle Way,” we sit between protestantism and catholicism.

We are part of the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA) in the Diocese of Christ our Hope.
