Summer Formation
This summer, we’ll be practicing the spiritual discipline of Being Known. We’ll kick off our journey by watching the short film GODSPEED, and continue by reading about being present with God in our everyday lives and neighborhoods in the companion book, Backyard Pilgrim. Late summer, we'll have gatherings discussing the book our experiences moving at Godspeed. Books will be available on Sunday, 5/23.
What will walking at Godspeed ask of me? Each day, for 40 days I will . . .
Bible Path - Read the scripture of the day and brief devotion in Backyard Pilgrim.
Parish Path - spend 15 minutes walking your nieghborhood.
OUR CHURCH PLANT
We are a new church plant in the Anglican tradition. We seek to love, worship and serve the Risen Christ, for the sake of the Mebane area. Our vision is to be a church that loves God and one another through worship, community, and service.
WORSHIP
Worship is at the center of all we do. Our worship is Gospel-centered, reverent, and joyful. We sing traditional hymns and contemporary songs. God meets and nourishes us for our lives through participating in weekly communion.
OUR COMMUNITY
Knowing God means knowing, really knowing, one another. We seek to be discipled together and share common meals in our homes. We want prayerful, supportive, and God-centered relationships.
